Angkor Wat
The largest religious monument in the world and the crown jewel of the Angkor Archaeological Park. Bayon Temple
Located at the heart of Angkor Thom, Bayon is famous for its 216 serene stone faces carved into 54 towers. Preah Khan
A vast monastic complex built by King Jayavarman VII in 1191 to honor his father. Surrounded by towering trees and impressive ruins, Preah Khan offers visitors a peaceful atmosphere and showcases the harmonious blend of nature and ancient Khmer architecture.
Neak Pean
A small yet elegant island temple built on a man-made reservoir during the reign of King Jayavarman VII. Once used for sacred healing rituals, Neak Pean is admired for its tranquil setting and unique design symbolizing the mythical Lake Anavatapta.
Ta Som
A charming 12th-century temple best known for the giant tree embracing its eastern gate. Built by King Jayavarman VII, Ta Som offers a quiet and photogenic experience away from the larger crowds.
East Mebon
Constructed in the 10th century by King Rajendravarman II, East Mebon once stood on an island in the middle of the ancient East Baray reservoir. The temple is famous for its impressive elephant statues and beautifully preserved brick towers.
Pre Rup
Built in 961 AD by King Rajendravarman II, Pre Rup is a striking temple mountain dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Its warm-colored sandstone glows beautifully at sunrise and sunset, making it one of the best places in Angkor for panoramic views.
Ta Prohm
One of Angkor’s most iconic temples, Ta Prohm is famous for the enormous tree roots that intertwine with its ancient stone walls. Built by King Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century, it gained worldwide fame after appearing in the movie Tomb Raider, creating a magical atmosphere where nature and history meet.
Ta Keo
Ta Keo is one of the earliest temples built entirely from sandstone. Commissioned by King Jayavarman V in the late 10th century, its towering five-level pyramid offers spectacular views and showcases the bold, unfinished beauty of Khmer architecture.
